Hi all! I have been lurking HBT for some time now and figured it was about time to jump in. I've been making mead with my boyfriend for just over 2 years now. We've just hit 25 meads including both 5 gallon tried and trues and 1 gallon crazy experiments. :tank: I really love all of the advice and stories that I have found here. Hope I can add some of my own.

Damn, really wish I could welcome you to HBT but I just can't lower my standards enough to talk to a Steeler fan... too bad to 'cause this is a great place...

GO COWBOYS!!!!

:D Welcome :ban:

The lovely thing about not being a sports fan is you can be friends with everyone ;-). And the nice thing about meeting another beginning mead maker is you get to be impressed that they've actually pulled off a 5 gallon recipe... not just one of my gallon breadyeasters ;-). Welcome!

Thanks guys. This does seem like a really great place. No worries Creamy... that was practically a fawning welcome from Chap... Cowboys and Steelers rarely mix. ;) May the Mead heal all wounds! :mug:
