I have recently found the value of forums for all my interests. I was glad to have found a brewing forum.

I am a novice home brewer. I only get the opportunity a few times a year (life, right?). I have been on a hiatus for a while. So far I stick to partial grain brews. Never kegged, try to use larger bottles and flip-top bottles, though.

Looking forward to taking advantage of all the knowledge here.:mug:

Another welcome from Colorado.
I was born in raised in St. Louis (before you ask - Mehlville). Haven't lived there in over 15 years or so, but St Louis Wine & Beer was a decent store back then - helpful friendly staff and Google says they are still in business.

Don't be afraid to ask questions here, the Beginners Beer Brewing Forum isn't just for beginners.

I have been using St Louis Wine & Beer from the start. They are extremely knowledgeable and equally helpful. Dave (I think is the owner) definitely knows his stuff.

Hey hey curtiseddie! I'm outside of STL southwest on 44 about 64 miles. Glad to have you! I'm new as well and this is the best place to be for help!
