hello from south-central Missouri

Hello all, I'm theshed. I hail from south-central Missouri (Rolla), and just started my first batch of Ed Wort's Apfelwein today.

And as heretical as it may sound, I don't like beer. However, I love wine and cider (and liquor too), so thats what I'm here for.
