Hey all,
This is by far the best brewing resource I've stumbled across on the web. I've been brewing for just over a year, and I'm posting this while finishing off the last bottle of my 2nd batch, brewed a year ago. The last couple brews have really benefited from the info I've gotten here. Thanks on behalf of myself and my roommates who quality control all my brews =)
