Hi there fellow imbibers! Im Jessie (girl, not boy) and I excited to get started on my own first batch. Ive assisted my father in law with his last few batches and now I cant think of anything about else. I come from the wine industry and do feel like I am cheating a little, but when you are from WA and surrounded by kick ass grapes AND hops....what is a girl to do?
