Hello everyone. I'm new to the hobby and just brewed my 1st batch last week, English Brown Ale Brewer's Best Kit. Everything went pretty smoothly. I know a few brewer's and have had a few great beers from them and decided to start brewing myself. I started buying books last year and read everything I could find on the subject. I think doing this 1st helped me with what I did and did not need to start into brewing so I didn't waste unnecessary time and money. I started with the kit and am going out today to get my bottles and the ingredients for my next batch which will be a recipe from a friend. Eventually I would like to get into all grain but I am taking baby steps so I can do it right.
