black malt: 1.00 lb 8.33%
amber malt: 4.50 lb 37.50%

Spalt 30 min 2.25 oz

Mash at 154º F
Sparge at 165º F
Boil time 90 minutes
pitching temp 60º F
Yeast WLP028 Edinburgh Ale

Welcome Craig! Where do you live in Scotland?
Stirling so right in the middle of country.

Thanks to all for the welcome. Just started my first brew of stag ale and it's formenting nicely. Have done wine for a few years from my own grapes and not had a bad batch so hoping the beer is as good.
