Cheers...Newer all grain homebrewer here in sunny Sarasota. Startedwith a kit and now having much success brewing five gallon batches. Haven't tried to do any lagers yet. Just sticking with pale ale batches. I have been using reverse osmosis water from the tap with much success. I recently did a ward labs test of Sarasota County drinking water after running it through a recreational vehicle filter.(Basically charcoal filter). I can post results if anyone needs them.
