Just wanted to introduce myself quick, my name is Eddy, and I'm just starting out trying to make some wine and mead, beer is next on the list. When I get to the beer I think I'm going to have quite a few questions on recipes.

Good ol' West Warwick. Your in New Haven. Yankees fan? I am, I use to use the train from New Haven to get to yankee stadium until one night it broke down. I haven't been on it since.

Welcome from Stoughton. Once you get your wine finished fermenting it's gonna dawn on you that it needs to sit in that carboy for at least another year before you can think about drinking it. At that point you'll develop a much stronger intrest in brewing beer, which you can be drinking in a month.

Oh come on now, RI is about 50/50 Sox vs Yankees. As long as he has ALWAYS been a Yankees fan and isn't just a frontrunner that's okay I suppose, not great, but okay.
