Hello everyone. I'm a newbie brewer and I've been lurking the forums for a few days. I've already learned a lot. My fiancé just recently got me a kit for my birthday (I know, she's amazing and I'm a lucky man) and I brewed my first batch on Wednesday. We got a kit from our local brew store. Currently fermenting in our closet is a pale ale.

I'm loving the forum app and I imagine I'll be a regular poster. I have lots of questions.

The olive mill is right down the street from us. Still haven't been there yet.
