Hello from Quebec, Canada!

Hello HBT,

I am a new homebrewer who just started his 2nd batch. I am doing partial boil (thanks byrone) batches (I believe that's how you call it when you only boil 4-5L and then complete with cold water in the fermenting vessel?) and so far the results have been great (as in my first batch came out pretty good!).

I really enjoy homebrewing and the community around it looks great.

Very happy to have joined you guys in this fantastic hobby!

I'm also from Quebec (Levis) and I started brewing 6 month ago.
Is there any brewing club here in Quebec? I can't find any !

That could be fun to share stuff and to buy in group for discount !

Welcome to HBT.

For your partial boil, look up late extract addition if you haven't already - it gives you a good gravity in the boil. I think you'll like the results.
