Hello wanted to introduce myself. I live just north of Houston, I recently discovered craft beer after not drinking since I was 20. Which was about 28 years ago. I jumped right in brewing my own so far we brewed 2 batches ( still not ready to drink). Trying to find more info on the craft found this site which seems to be loaded with information.
My other hobby is pen turning and making pen blanks for other pen makers.
Have a lot to read and learn.
