I've been brewing my own beer for a few years now. Extract only, but I want to start all-grain once I get the equipment. I'm currently converting a mini fridge to a kegerator (tired of bottling), and I'll be brewing a Shakespeare stout clone this weekend.

Hey and WELCOME! I have no real idea what the heck I'm doing beer wise but welcome aboard! There's TON of information on here and it's cool to see what everyone else is doing. I just heard about a Chocolate Smoked Chipolte Ale and was all, "Yeah I want some of THAT!"
