Greetings all. I am a new amateur from Lewisberry, PA. I just received one of the brewers supply starter kits for a gift. I have been considering the idea for a while and im glad my wife bought it for me. I'm going head first into my first ever brew this weekend. My wife bought me an Oktoberfest brew kit from a local supply store so that will be my first beer. I have a kit that is made for 5 gallon batches. I will likely be purchasing some smaller containers to make some 1 gallons as well. I still have a lot to read and learn but I have some ideas of what I want to try to make in the future.
