Hey everyone i recevied a hb kit from northren brewing for xmas and have a few kits under my belt so far. The first batch of a red irish ale turned out great. Now i have a european block (brewed as an ale) in bottels now that will be ready to drink this weekend. With spring coming up fast i would like to be able to brew a nice crisp refreshing light ale this weekend but im drawing a blank on what to brew. If anyone has any suggestions im will to listen =]
