Hi, thought I should say hello.
I have been home brewing for a few years at a pretty irregular pace, but have stepped it up this year. I've started doing all grain mashes this year and am currently doing my first lager. I've got a seasonal red and a stout in bottles and an IPA in secondary as well and I just bought the gear to get a kegerator going on corny kegs.
I'm currently studieing food science with a fermentation option at OSU as a post bac student. I look forward to being a part of the community.
