So I still live in a state where it's technically not legal to home brew. So I won't say.

I will say that I just received a new brew kit from midwest and an ale kit, and I will be boiling up some wort this weekend.

I'm going to boil outside on my camp chef, as I understand you can really mess up your first batch and I don't want to ruin my stove with a boil-over.

Wish me luck!

Thanks,
Jeff

Keep a spray bottle of water on the mist setting next to the pot. If it's about to boil over, just spray it a few times. Once the temp is stabilized, you won't have to worry about boiling over, just set it and forget it!
