I've lurked around for a couple days but signed up today. I just put my very first batch of beer in the primary fermenter. It was a good time but just a bit nerve racking since I was afraid of messing stuff up. Temperatures, timing, and gravity all turned out well so I think I had a good start.

We'll see. Milk Stout on the way.

Thanks for all the help in advance.

Congrats on the first brew. Now just sit back and relax for a few weeks and let the yeast work its magic. You may also look into the next batch also.
