Hey, welcome to the forum. Hopefully you enjoy your stay. I just found this place myself and have learned alot in the passed few days here. Anyway, I just happen to have a copy of the Ale Street News here with listings for suppliers in NJ. Here are the four that are listed.

Beercrafters
110A Greentree RD., Turnersville, 856-2BREWIT

Brewer's Apprentice Bop
179 South St., Freehold, (800)903-2739

Corrado's Family Affair
600 Getty Ave., Clifton (800)232-0758

U Brew
15 S. Orange Ave., S. Orange (973)762-7077

Depending on how close you are to NY you can check out Party Creations at 345 Rokeby Rd., Red Hook, (845)758-0661

I actually just visited Party Creations today. It's a bit over an hour drive from my home. It was worth the trip though, I learned a few things while I was there. The owners a very knowledgable. The size of the store is a bit small, but while I was there I was amazed at the amount of things they carried. Anyway, whichever one you goto just be sure to give them a call to check their hours and it may be a good idea if you have to drive a bit out of the way that you let them know that you'll be stopping in. Other than that, I think you'll enjoy the experience. It' beats shopping online.

Welcome. Of my experiences with local shops, the Apprentice has the most knowledgable staff and a decent supply of ingredients (not so much equipment--Corrados is better for that). Never made it down to Turnersville.
