Hello from the East Mountains just outside of Albuquerque! I just started brewing a couple months back. We are on our fourth batch now, and I'm in need of a green chile recipe. I've got about 100 pounds of chiles from this past season in the freezer! I've got to find a use for this stuff! Thanks guys!

You might want to try a chile mead, welcome to the board.

If they're Hatch mild or medium chilis, send them on to Arizona. We can figure out what to do with them.
