Hey everyone! I have stalked on here for a few things and thought I would finally contribute. I have been brewing consistently for almost 3 years now, though I initially started with a few extract batches about 8 years ago. I brew mostly all grain 5 gallon batches, though I can brew up to 10 and will sometimes do 1 gallon extract batches.
