Hello from NC

Hey everyone. I figured after silently pilfering advice and comments from this site for awhile, I should actually post and introduce myself. I'm a new brewer from Winston-Salem, NC. I've made a few batches of my own recipes and love it. I feel like I am finally owning up to my German/Wisconsin heritage and brewing some beer!

Welcome! Glad to have you here. My dad's family is all from Winston-Salem and I'm actually enjoying a Natty Greene's Southern Pale Ale as I type this. I always try to pick up some diff brews when I'm up there.
