I have brewed about seven batches so far. All being DME and LME. Also, made a beer with two pounds of DME and three and a half pounds of cane sugar. I wanted to see what all the hoopla was about with the cidery taste. Now I know and think I'll be sticking with extract or try all grain. Thanks for all the great information on this site.
