Hi all ! allow myself to introduce...err..myelf.
I'm kinda new to the whole homebrewing scene, last year I made a batch of peach wine and it turned out pretty good (at least my buddies thought so?)
for my first attempt.
I am currently making 3 more batches; peach, apple, and pear. the peach is going according to plan, but the apple and pear batches seem to be popular with fruit flies...little bastards. Hopefully they didn't besmirch the batches... :-( I'll post a thread on that later...
That said, I'm looking forward to learning more about this fun and tasty hobby !
