How's it going? I've been lurking on these boards for a few weeks after making the desicion to start brewing beer again after a 5 year break. I have only done extract brewing so far, but with some of the stuff I have learned here I am planning a 2.5 gallon all grain batch for this weekend. I currently have an Irish Red 5 gal extract kit in secondary and I just mixed up a 5 gal batch of EdWorts Apfelwine tonight. I am pretty stoked to be brewing again. Looking forward to learning some more and expanding my brewery.
