Just registered a few minutes ago , just wanted to say Hi . I recently made a batch of Amber - It's been bottled for 2 weeks . I just cracked one open - tastes pretty darn good . I'm getting ready to make a batch of Austrailian Bitter this weekend . This is a great forum !

Thanks, I didn't intend for my Email to become my handle ..... I'm must of filled in the wrong box - I checked FAQ , It says I need special permission from the web master , I wrote him .
