I started homebrewing after talking a class at LHBS with my wife back in December. Since then I've brewed 5 different 5 gallon extract kits of all different varieties. My next step is going to be adding to and tweaking the recipes from kits before coming up with my own recipes. This forum has already been a huge help and I look forward to contributing.
