I brew double batches AG with both submersion and immersion chilling.
Been brewing for 15 plus yrs - or long enough that my heart-rate remains calm throughout the boil/chill (just happened recently)
Need some new recipes - have been fathoming IPA for the last 12 batches (1 batch = 10 gal)
Also more ideas on sanitation.
