Been on the site all evening, it's putting a dent in my homebrew stocks.
I brew double batches AG with both submersion and immersion chilling.
Been brewing for 15 plus yrs - or long enough that my heart-rate remains calm throughout the boil/chill (just happened recently)
Need some new recipes - have been fathoming IPA for the last 12 batches (1 batch = 10 gal)
Also more ideas on sanitation.
 
Save for the .09 cents per 12oz of beer for good water and the need to buy ice its pretty much the same.

Welcome! Key West eh? Lucky Lucky you are... From Central FL and traveling down there is great- not too far at all. See you on the boards.
