Hi everybody,
I am Ozan, a banker living in Istanbul, Turkey.
I just want to say hi and introduce myself as well as thank all of you for your contributions and nice discussions.
I am new to the hobby but quite enthused about every aspect of brewing. I have read John Palmer's How to Brew and currently reading Jeff Cox From Vines to Wines. I will be buying some equipment very soon and hopefuly ready to start.
Anyways, hello again. I will do my best to contribute once I get accustomed to the craft.
