Hello from Istanbul Turkey

Hi everybody,

When I joined the forum I forgot to introduce myself guys. I'm living in Istanbul. I love pilsner and lager beers. For this reason I have started brewing lager as my first try. I'm using Munton's Continental Lager kit. I hope I'll succeed with it. Nowadays the temperatures here are quite high for lager beer. So my bucket is under intense care with ice cubes all the time
So far I received great help here in this forum. Thanks to all for that.

I started doing lagers in ice baths with frozen water bottles added, worked great, just more manual labor than the temp controlled fermentation chamber I use now.

I've found during warmer temps that brewing Cream of Three Crops is very easy and doesn't take nearly the temp control. It's the ale that closest to a pilsner/lager that I've brewed. Light and tasty.
