Forgot to post my introduction. Up here in northern Iowa 23 years old. I got started with brewing a few years ago helping out a buddy from college. He let me hang around and help him out anyway I could. Started up again once I finished school with some high school buddies using their equipment and just recently (2 days ago) ordered my own set of equipment. Never have done it solo but figured now is a great time to start!! Will start out with an American Lager (in case it isnt good I got enough friends who like drinking water beer) and then will jump into a Bavarian Hef might add my own twist of lemon/orange zest to the end of the boil to give it a nice crisp taste for the summer ahead. Well thank you and I cant wait to come up with some crazy beers and and some great ones from you guys!!
