Just joined yesterday. I am in the process of assembling an all-grain brewing system using two keggles and a commercial brew pot. I'd like to be able to run at least one batch through it before Sept. 20, because that is when I start classes in CWU's Craft Beer Trade certificate program.

I look forward to learning from you all.
