Just finished bottling my fifth batch of beer this year, a pseudo-Belgian ale. It's been so hot here, I was worried there may be some off flavors, but the mid-80s (inside my house during the day) didn't seem to have affected anything. I will be trying a saisson next, if I can find the proper yeast at my LHBS.
