Hello all,
I'm relatively new to home brew and wine making and recently stumbled across these forums. I have just been searching the threads and soaking up all the knowledge.
Right now I have an all-grain noble pils on its primary and just bottled a cabernet sauvignon from a kit. There's so many brews I want to try but I'm thinking a dopplebock might be next in line, unfortunately it would be a bit out of season by the time it's ready.
