It's amazing to find such a great source of knowledge in one place. I've brewed by first all grain batch of beer (Vanilla Porter) and have it in secondary stage of fermentation (left it in the same container as primary). So far so good; hope to have it ready by Christmas, I'll post the detail info on another thread for comment soon.
