Just joined as i have started to make wine and havent got a clue what im doing lol, hoping to get the help here ;)

Welcome! I'm relatively new to winemaking, too, and I've learned so much from this group. We just had my rhubarb wine with dinner tonight (made in May '06) and it's coming along nicely. Now, I'm addicted- I keep looking at things in the grocery store, wondering how they'll ferment.

Again, welcome! :mug:

Welcome to HBT!:mug:
I'm also new to wine making so we can learn together.:mug:
I'm cracking open a bottle of the White Zin I made back in December. The directions say to wait a month to six months before tasting. I'm close enough so I'm giving it a try.
What types of wine are you interested in making? It seems like wine can be made from just about anything with sugars in it.
