Hello from Edmonton Alberta

Hi all I just got a beer brewing kit for christmas and started it right away...I moved it to my secondary fermentor with a airlock and it looks like it is doing nothing....it is clearing up nicely but I see nothing going on inside the carboy is this normal??
p.s. sorry if this is not the right place to post this....I will figure out the proper places soon...
