I'm right outside of Albany, the capital of NY. Myself and a few friends have been brewing for a little over a year now. 5 homebrews later I've stumbled upon this site and am hoping to use it as an unlimited resource of brewing knowledge, in hopes to improve my own brewing knowledge. We've currently got a lemon rye ale sitting in the primary, hoping the spice of the rye can contrast with the bite of the lemon. Looking forward to trying it!
