Greetings all,
My name is Mike. I have been brewing all grain for about two years, kits and partial mash for about 6. I am a long time stalker of the forum but with my recent foray into cider I had to join and ask some questions.
I am proud to say I brew with the almost one year old F.O.C.C.T group and call Brew and Wine Hobby my local shop.
