Hi All,

Long time visitor to the site but thought it was finally time to jump in.

I have been brewing on and off for 6 years or so now since I turned 21 but just recently got back into it big time. I have quite a few extract batches under my belt but am now on my third AG batch and am working on dialing my system in. I finally decided that the only beer I am allowed to drink at home, is beer I brew myself, so I am working on getting my pipeline up to speed.

I have been kegging basically from the start but just built a ferm chamber from an old mini fridge and an STC-1000 using instructions from this site!

So that's me, I hope to be able to contribute to the community along with gaining more and more knowledge as I continue this great hobby.

Indeed it is.

I have really only recently started getting serious about brewing (making starters, controlling temps, etc...) and I have found that my brews have SERIOUSLY improved. Crazy how something so simple can have a large impact on quality.
