If its not the wrong way or the hard way, chances are I havent tried it. I decided to start making beer recently, the decision was formed among the ashes of Dirtys Moonshine... I still have the instagram page up for entertainment. Once I started making alcohol fulltime, I realized how much I didnt know, and what a wealth of information was available to aspiring brewers, or in my case distillers. Welcome to the 21st century, Im looking forward to learning all I can about beer and brewing after squandering my years bootlegging and drilling for oil... some peoples kids, huh?

Welcome Michael.
It's always inspiring to hear the all too common description (myself included) of early brewing attempts where anything and everything that could go wrong.... did.
Yet we made beer, and plodded along to improve our system and methods.
Goodluck in your efforts !
