Just wanted to say hello and thanks to all on the forum for getting me started in the magical world of all-grain brewing.Already on my fifth batch,it is suprising how fast 5 gallons of good beer vanishes 
. Even have SHMBO drinking it now and beer was never on the menu before (its a happy/sad moment).
Still working on the house brew staples and having fun getting there.
