Been brewing very infrequently for a long time (probably once every 1-2 years on average), so I'm squarely in novice town over here. Originally got into it in college after taking a "Beers of the World" class which introduced me to the world beyond college swill. Recently decided I should get back into it and get my reps up-- maybe learn a thing or two!
