So i am new to AG brewing, started brewing from kits, modified the, then from extract with grain, and now have taken the plunge into all grain brewing. I have just started building my setup, and will go from there.
I have the following;
135 qt brew kettle,
80 qt pot
60 qt pot
im not sure which pot to use for the MT, or HLT. I was thinking the 80 for HLT, as the MT will be the next upgrade i think. At this poitn, most brews will be 10 gallon so I should be good with either.
Attached are 2 pictures of my stand with pots. It still needs propane and components installed on the pots.
