Hi everyone. My name is Evan and I am currently a senior at UC Berkeley and I just bought all of my homebrew equipment today. I am going to make my first batch of Kolsch Ale from Oak Barrel in Berkeley (that place is great btw).

Hope to meet some locals sometime later once I've made some batches.
