I went for an annual physical exam about 6 months ago and the Doctor told me I needed to get a hobby, and here I am
. Not too sure the Doc agreed with my choice of a hobby though.
So far my brewing experience has involved several 1 gallon batches from Northern Brewer to 5 gallon extract and BIAB batches. As of now my goal is to find several styles of beer that I really enjoy then practice on them until I go from good brews to AWESOME. I am very interested in the BIAB method of brewing and would like to perfect that.
I have been lurking in the background soaking up all the great information about home brewing that I can from this forum. I thought to myself I should join so I can share my knowledge (that is once I gain some) of home brewing beer. Until I gain that knowledge Ill just ask a lot of newbie questions if yall dont mind. Cheers
