Welcome, Party on Wayne!
Welcome from Oak Lawn
Welcome to HBT!
Welcome! If you're interested in joining a homebrew club, we've started one that meets at Limestone Brewing Company in Plainfield - 7:00 pm every second Thursday of the month. In fact we're meeting tonight and will be voting on a club name. You can email us at [email protected] for more info and to join our mailing list.
Cheers and happy brewing!

Welcome from yet another Aurora, IL home brewer--didn't realize there were so many of us!
This calls for an Aurora Homebrew big brew collaboration... Maybe a big russian imperial stout... maybe a stab at Deschutes The AbyssWith such a big grain bill would need quite a few folks burners mash tuns and kettles

We bought a really big 100qt cooler. Well probably back down to a 70qt. I'm having trouble finding coolers. I guess no one buys coolers in the fall.
When we get a little experience with all grain, we should definitely do a big brew

So, I'm a little late to the party, but maybe if you Aurora folks get together at some point, you'll invite a Geneva'n?
Been meaning to get down to Plainfield to checkout Lighthouse Brewing too...
