Hello, long time lurker that figured it was about time to sign up. Lots of great recipes and tips on this site. I live in southern Alberta Canada and started making wine along with my wife about 1.5 years ago. I just started my first beer (a kit) a week ago and have enjoyed everything we have made so far. Hopefully can get a few tips plus contribute a bit of my own "experimental knowledge".
