Hi Guys!

I've just started brewing beer, and I just love it! The process, the waiting, the testing and the inevitable plastering.

I'm really keen to learn about not just the brewing process, but about the different kinds of ingredients used in beer. I eventually would love to be able to seasonally grow my own ingredients and create my own beer from scratch--but for the moment I'm just using the noob packs from my local brewstore. I really don't want to learn by rote though, I'm much more interested in slowly learning the why and the how.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to meeting you all through the forums!

Well,you came to the right place! We have forums on all kinds of drink & foods to make to go with it. Growing all the hops & grains to brew for a year would take a lot of space,not to mention equipment. But there's a lot of good information here to learn everything you need to know about brewing.
