I've been lurking around these parts for a little bit and decided it was time to start participating...

I'm from outside of Philadelphia and started brewing earlier this year. I've mainly brewed 1 gallon ingredient kits so far. I'll probably think about upgrading to 5 gallon equipment soon.

Cheers! :mug:

Well hello! It's about time...:mug:

I've brewed a few Brooklyn Brewshop all-grain kits:
Everyday IPA
Grapefruit Honey Ale
Chestnut Brown Ale

The first two turned out okay, except they were super-carbonated to the point of overflowing as soon as I uncapped them.

Recently I've been using Northern Brewer's small batch ingredient kits:
Sierra Madre Pale Ale
Dead Ringer IPA

They were tastey, but kind of under-carbed. I think it is from using the fizz drops instead of priming sugar.

I have a German Blonde Ale conditioning, and a Pumpkin Ale in the primary.
